Regina’s keen attention to detail was evident in the events she coordinated for our customers (at ISU). Her events had a very methodical path of instruction. She worked closely with all members of our event management team including catering, technical and facilities staff to ensure every detail of every event. Regina also did not hesitate to work well beyond the regular office hours to ensure the success of any given event. She felt the success and/or failure of an event reflected not only the event sponsor, but also our department, the Bone Student Center and the larger reputation of Illinois State University. Regina was invaluable to our office as we worked to establish a better and more effective process for dealing with constituent services and for providing what is commonly know in other industries as customer service. Regina had the vital task of coordinating the congressman’s schedule and travel arrangements. Regina’s job required creative thinking, the ability to work well under pressure, and to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
